Music Crazy, Murderer Phil Spector Releasing Album

For his first recording project in 30 years, convicted murderer Phil Spector is releasing the debut album of his fourth wife, Rachelle. 'Out of My Chelle' will be released on June 8. "She's fantastic on this album," Spector said in a statement.

Spector, 70, who is in prison for the 2003 shooting of Hollywood actress Lana Clarkson, produced the tracks during his two murder trials.

Rachelle Spector's debut will feature a mainstream, adult pop sound and not Spector's trademark 'Wall of Sound' technique heard on songs like 'Be My Baby' and 'You've Lost That Loving Feeling.'

Spector married Rachelle, 29, three years after the shooting. The couple worked on the album for more than two years between his first trial, which ended in mistrial in 2007, and his second, which ended in conviction a year ago.

He is serving a minimum of 19 years in prison.

The last major album he produced on his own was 1980's 'End of the Century' by the Ramones.

Cool

He should have been sent to jail just for the toupee's! If that's not disturbing the peace I don't know what is.

Sometimes I look at this artificial junk on Spector's head, and I think, might as go with the Kerry King look for myself.

Is he the guy who put out those commercials in the 1970's for Popeil's Pocket Fisherman? Anyone remember that?

Besides the aforementioned products, he also invented these:

* Chop-O-Matic hand food processor
* Dial-O-Matic, successor to the Veg-O-Matic
* Mr. Microphone
* Inside-The-Shell Egg Scrambler
* Six Star 20-Piece Cutlery Set
* Showtime Rotisserie
* Solid Flavor Injector
* Drain Buster
* Smokeless Ashtray
* Electric Food Dehydrator
* Ronco Popeil Automatic Pasta Maker
* The Cap Snaffler
* The Showtime Six Star Plus 25 Knife Set and the Solid Flavor Injector — "Three easy payments of $13.33!"

I recall years ago seeing the comedian Gallagher spoofing Mr. Popeil on TV. This guy handed the baton to Billy Mays and the Sham-Wow guy (whose name escapes me at the time).

I always wanted to get the Inside-the-Egg Scrambler. It's frustrating to crack an egg and shell pieces in the yolk. I always wanted to get eggs to scramble right, as well. Nice and fluffy.

I remember the Cap Snaffler!! When I was ten, my mother pointed this out when anyone had a problem opening a difficult jar. Just place the plastic cap snaffler over the lid and in seconds, you could get that lid off!! It took me a while, but it worked! Now I just pry the lid a little with a knife to let air in, and problem solved!
