For those of you who have never seen the movie "My Sister Eileen" let me tell that Betty Garrett was simply amazing in it. She sang, danced, and acted. A true triple threat! I did indeed see My Sister Eileen, and she really held her own opposite the likes of Jack Lemmon, Janet Leigh and Dick York. Plus, she continues to delight in reruns and DVDs of L&S and AITF. God bless her!!!!!

She was always Irene Lorenzo from All In the Family. I liked her husband on that show too.

Hard to believe she is still alive. She was old when I was a kid in the 70's.
