I just watched on of my favorite TDVDS episodes "October Eve". When Rob and Laura were newlyweds Rob expressed the desire to have a painting of Laura. So Laura goes to see an artist recommended by a friend. She poses fully clothed for a portrait but the artist chooses to paint her "au naturel" instead! Years later Sally Rogers comes across the painting in a New York City art gallery and that's when the fun really starts! Carl Reiner absolutely steals this episode playing the artist, Serge Carpetna. Mary Tyler Moore does an excellent job as well in portraying Laura's embarrassment over the painting. And Dick Van Dyke is brilliant as the husband who is furious that so many are now getting a peek at his wife so to speak. Of course all these emotions are played to great comic affect as only this brilliant cast can do! The only negative part of the episode is that we, the audience, never get to see the painting. But then again that sort of thing is better left to the imagination isn't it!
