Tobey Flenderson looks stoned. He is very even tempered and has really droopy, sleepy red eyes. I have myself been stoned and been around a lot of stoned people, and this guy looks high!

He sits in his cubicle and plays games on his computer and hopes nobody bothers him.

Has anyone ever thought that before?
