Default Season 7

Hey kids!

Hope everybody's gotten some time in their busy schedules to enjoy Seasons 5 and 6.

My question is, is it time to start beating the drum on Season 7? You know, maybe mobilize and do the group email thing or possibly make a few phone calls?

Or do we think S7 will be along soon enough, with the complete set rumored to be somewhere on the horizon after that?

Let me know!

Time to act like Ringo Starr and beat those drums! I was just thinking the same thing this past weekend!

This thought has been going through my mind, too, lately. It seems (to me, at least) like S6 has been out long enough for us to be hearing about S7 soon. You would think Fox wouldn't drag their feet as much, considering it's the last season! But knowing them, it is possible. *eyeroll*

I agree time to start asking when is season 7 of MTM coming out?

Have to say(I know its Shout Factory)was delighted with season2 of Rhoda, complete episodes, great picture and sound.

Once MTM season7 is out,Id like to see Rhoda season1 released again, this time complete and remastered.

Phyllis of course too, thought more people on the boards would have Phyllis episodes to trade but alas,no.

I believe Season 7 will come out sooner or later. But it seems like it's being later and later. I've been wishing for news on Season 7 too. I'm hoping for the best!

All right, I just banged out an email to 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment asking about Season 7 of TMTMS.

I also mentioned how happy we were with Seasons 5 and 6, and that we want the last season to complete our collections - and that the company promised to put out the whole set.

The email is foxdrop@4icc.com if anybody wants to add their two cents over the next few weeks.

If that doesn't have any great effect, maybe I'll provide the email for 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment's Steve Feldstein, who makes the call on these sort of things.

And as a last resort I do have the gentleman's phone number, although I doubt it would ever get to that point!

Woot, woot! The ball is rolling!!!!

PGood,
Thanks for emailing. I wonder, would it be a good idea to mention the curtain call when we do that? B/c, if Fox can get that, it would be awesome for fans to see! I know the film exists somewhere, b/c it's been on YouTube. I understand the eps. are the main point, but after all we've been through w/ Fox, that's kind of the least we deserve!

I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about S7. I'm guessing it will be out before the end of the year.

Hi Kristen. Yes, I think it would be excellent to ask for the curtain call or the blooper reel as special features whenever you or anyone else emails.

I didn't ask for those, figuring they'd probably be on a complete boxed set, but it couldn't hurt...maybe they'll put them on Season 7, or at least they'll be thinking about them for possible inclusion in the boxed set.

I'm thinking the foxdrop email would be just a start, as I'm sure we'll just get canned responses for the most part...Part 2 would be Steve Feldstein's email, then Part 3 the phone number. But, if as CatLover surmises, S7 is out before the end of the year, I could certainly live with that...It's a process, as we all know!

Yes, I think it's time to have the S7 DVD out now. I still have to get the first 6 seasons but I want S7 too.

All right, I sent Steve Feldstein at 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment an email, so let's see what happens with that.

I was beginning to think my email had been ignored, but I just got the great news...Season 7 is coming out!!!!
And it says: "The final episode of the series WILL include something fans have been asking for."
How great is that!!!!

Instant update:
I'm right now going to dash off a thank you email to Steve Feldstein and the crew over at 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment for giving us a date for Season 7, but more importantly for actually listening to the fans and including the famed curtain call after the final show!
