I for the life of me cannot remember any of the names in this case. But the primary characters were a woman and her daughter.
A masked man broke into her house and took her husband out at gunpoint demanding money, at first he acted like they were going to the bank, but for some reason he changed his mind and shot him. Then he took his mask off and ran around the corner of the house. Later on the woman received threats for years, the guy who supposedly killed her husband was threatening to kill her daughter to, all supposedly over some money. She even dropped a ransom and the FBI staked it out, but no one came to pick it up. Then the guy called again and threatened her saying she didn't follow instructions. The woman had lost a son to in an accident. I think the time of the last threatening phone call was around 1990. I hope these dteails ring a bell with someone, sorry for the lack of names. I wondered if they ever caught this scumbag, and I hope this lady didn't lose her daughter to. If anyone recognizes this let me know. |
