How does one pronounce the name "Bonerz" Like saying bone-erz?

I always thought he had a funny last name. I would of hated going through school with that.

That reminds me of the scene in "MONTY PYTHONS LIFE OF BRIAN" where the roman guards are trying not to laugh every time someone mentions the name of a roman officer named "BIGGUS DICCUS"

A couple of years ago, I went up to LA for Suzanne Pleshette's star ceremony. I found myself just a few feet away from Peter after the ceremony was over and we were leaving. So I called out to him, "Mr. Bonerz?" pronouncing it "Bah-nerz." He did not correct me, so I assumed that he was either being polite or I'd pronounced it correctly.

Here are my research results: Peter Bonerz appeared on $XX,000 Pyramid a number of times and a YouTube search of his name brings up a bunch of clips from those shows. Viewing an introduction clip confirms the BAH-nerz pronunciation.
