I soooo loved this show when it aired!!! It was one of those fantastic shows that could have turned into a classic if only the wretched network had given it the opportunity to grow. Jason Bateman was brilliant as the snarky kid, he should have won an Emmy!!! I'd give anything to see an episode of this show again!!!

I wish this were back on the air. It help define the 80's. I am very fortunate to have copies of the series from original NBC and USA airings.

Default It's Your Move on VHS or DVD?

Just wondering if anyone knows if this show has been released on VHS or DVD. If not does anyone have suggestions on where to acquire copies of this show?

Thanks

I have all episodes on tape. NBC recordings. Some of the quality has been lost, though.

This was one of the most underated shows in TV history. I agree the Batman & Garrison characters were classics!

Oops, You're gonna laugh...!

My list is:

http://www.geocities.com/poppage1/sitcom.html

I have them listed according to the opening scene, as it is easier to keep track of.

"It's Your Move" is one of the most underrated, fabulous shows in the history of TV. But the idiot Nielsen families and network execs didn't get the drift As usual!

Underrated and very funny show from what I remember.

Sure would be nice to see it back on the air somewhere.

I don't know if it is TJ's favorite, but he was copy and pasting other posters thoughts on the show.

I have to find out later what the show went up against in the fall of 1984 because I'm hearing so many good things about it but it didn;t last a full season. That's why i'm kind of anxious for the eps to arrive in the mail so I can see what everyone is talking about.

I believe it went up against Dynasty, which would not have helped.

I remember watching this in the UK on BBC1 as a kid, I am about 4 years younger than Bateman, so I remember seeing the character of Matthew Burton as a bit of a hero.
