My answer would also be D. An all-celebrity format is usually a sign that the show's rating are abysmal. A format change (with the exception of Tattletales) also indicates that the original concept didn't click and a change could bring new life to the show. Also, a bad timeslot due to competition and lack of affiliate clearances who carry local or syndicated programs and don't want to cancel them in favor of an untested game show. That was true for shows that aired at noon and 10 AM EST.
