Can anyone tell me what Thelma Lou did for a living on TAGS because I can't ever recall it being mentioned o the show

I think she was a nurse or something. There were a couple episodes that she mentioned she had to get back to the office.

Maybe so, but when she mentioned having to "get back to the office" in one of the episodes, it never occurred to me that it may have been a medical or dental office -- I thought it implyed she was doing secretarial work (like for accountants, attorneys, insurance agency, etc.).

If she were a nurse, with as many appearances as she had, I would think at least once she would've been in a white uniform.

I think the general theory is that she worked in an insurance office.
