Off to Japan

I noticed that my most recent thread on this page that has no replies has thirty-two views. This is the best I can do to commemorate the number thirty-two! Thirty-two years ago it was 1978. In the summer of 1978, I went to a camp called Rosemont. When I would wait for swimming period to begin, I could hear the sound of a radio which was probably owned by one of the councilors. For two days in a row, I could here the announcer telling the listeners what movies were currently being shown. One thing that I can clearly remember him saying was "The Bad News Bears are going to Japan". I am pretty sure that 1978 is the year that that film first came out. Because of how young I was at the time, I never saw it. I did, however, enjoy the short-lived series that came the following year. In any event, after I leave this board, I plan on going to "All-Movie Guide" to make sure of the year. If, by the off chance, I am wrong, you can expect an apology in the very near future!
