Was the first season Black and white Dick York as Darrin episode "George the Warlock",with the late Christopher George as one of Samantha's old boyfriends named George,(he was impressed somewhat with Darrin at the end),an unsold pilot for a proposed series,about a warlock (George)falling in love with the Stephens'neighbor (at the time)D.D.(Danger,Pleasure O' Reilly's sister)O'Reilly,a mortal?Kind of a reverse "Bewitched".In the scene where George told D.D.he was a Warlock,it sure looked like one.

I don't think that was ever intended to be a pilot for another Witchly TV Show, rather it was just a scene in that episode, very well written though it was.

I've never heard that before. I kind of doubt it, since spinoffs weren't really popular until the 1970s.

I agree. By the way, George the Warlock was played by Christopher George, who went on the marry Lynda Day (from Mission: Impossible). They stayed married until he died in 1983. I've also read in several articles that Christopher George's niece is Vanna White (yes, THAT Vanna White, from Wheel of Fortune)!
