Name Actresses that altered their name sometime in their career (Usually in the case of marriage)

Phylicia Ayers-Allen (The Cosby Show) became Phylicia Rahshad
Roseanne Barr (Roseanne) became Roseanne Arnold and later just Roseanne
Farrah Fawcett (Charlies Angels) became Farrah Fawcett-Majors, then back to Farrah Fawcett
Cheryl Stoppelmoor (Charlies Angels) became Cheryl Ladd
Jackee Harry (227) became Jackee
Alaina Reed (227) became Alaina Reed-Hall

Bernadette Stanis (Good Times) - during season 2, Bernadette Stanis had her name shortened to just Bernadette.

^nun-uh.......during the early season 1 episodes, she was credited as Bern Nadette, then changed to Bernadette Standis after that.

Family Matters--Jo Marie Payton-France, Jo Marie Payton-Noble, to simply Jo Maire Payton.

I don't know if this counts, but Tiffani Amber Thiessen dropped the "Amber" and just goes by Tiffani Thiessen now

Vicki Lawrence Mama's Family sometimes credited as Vicki Lawrence Schultz

Meredith Baxter became Meredith Baxter-Birney after marrying David Birney in 1974, her co-star from Bridget Loves Bernie. Following their 1989 divorce, she went back to Baxter.

Linda Henning was credited as only "Linda Kaye" early on, then as Linda Kaye Henning.

Lori Saunders went by a couple of different names, an early one I believe being Linda Hines (Ozzie & Harriet series credit), and I believe she sometimes uses her married last name of Sandler (IIRC).

I think you mean Bo Brinkman, not Brickman. minor difference but still a difference.

At one point she was also married to Bruce Boxleitner and went by Melissa Gilbert-Boxleitner. at least according to her IMDB profile.
