AOL Talks To McG on "Chuck"
The busy executive producer/director currently helms NBC cult-hit "Chuck"...
How is "Chuck's" future looking? I believe in that show. Peter Roth [chief executive, Warner Bros.] seems happy with the numbers. Hopefully, we'll keep on trucking. That show was on the edge of extinction and the fans spoke. People are really passionate about it. It doesn't hurt to have fans like Jon Stewart and Howard Stern. Last season was about keeping Chuck safe from the world, now it's about keeping the world safe from Chuck. Yeah. The guy's got powers and he can do what he does. It's fun not to see him just be the dopey spy that needs saving, but as the guy who can do something about it on his own. We changed his hair to show that emotional pivot in the character. He's ready for it. Zach's a talented guy and he's capable of a lot. http://insidetv.aol.com/2010/04/08/m...arlies-angels/ |
