Do you ever have those nights where you just can't get to sleep no matter what you do?Well I'm having one of those tonight.Anyone ever can't get to sleep?

yeah I do, I usually just stay on the computer, because looking at the computer screen makes me tired......

Sleep.

when I can't get to sleep, I go to sleep (let me explain)

Basically, I just lay there til 1 of 2 things happen

1)I have to wake up
2)I go to sleep

#2 usually happens.

(BTW: During the 2-Week off-breaks from school, I always..Sleep during days and stay up nights..

Fun...)

Anyway, that's what I do

Listen to music or watch TV. For some odd reason the show Taxi helps me fall asleep lol.

AHHH! That doesn't happen to me very often...actually yeah, it happens every Sunday nite-- I go to bed late on Sat night, and wake up late on Sun morning. and then I can't get to sleep. Usually, though I am SOO tired that I fall asleep 10 seconds after my head hits the pillow. It's not soon enough, though: I only get around 5-6 hours of sleep a night, it's NOT ENOUGH. oh well

You get 5-6 hours of sleep or more!I usually only sleep for 3 or 4 hours if I can get to sleep at all.

I hate insomnia! I couldn't sleep all night on Christmas last year! It was exasperating!

The best advise I can offer you is this: Try not to think about anything. The boredom ought to get you. Good luck!

i can never sleep on sunday nights....and some other nights 2. usually, i just lay there and watch tv...nuthin exciting...usually helps

One time I stayed up til like fouroclock trying to go to sleep. One time I stayed up til like threeoclock on a school night trying to go to sleep. Heck I never get any sleep. It's just not a good thing!

this reminds me of something from Mid-Octobe

I woke up at 3:00 PM. I didn't go to sleep until 10 O'Clock Monday night.

I just couldn't get to sleep.

I love to sleep I can fall asleep at anytime during the day wit out trouble I usually feed my turtle at 10:00 then watch comic view from 10 to 11 go to sleep wake up at 3:30am and get a bath then I got bak to sleep and wake up at 7 then I get dressed and got to sleep until my friend malory comes to my house and wakes my ass up at 7:23 and then I brush my hair put on my coat and walk to the bus stop and by the time we get there (7:27) the bus is already there. so I get 7 hours and 23 minutes or less on a school night and then I sleep for 45 minutes in second period so I get a hella lotta sleep. sleep is good.

i jsut have a question...it has to do w/ sleep but not what u were talking about. hoq come when u go to sleep earlier u seem to be more tired the next day than if u go to sleep later?? last night i went to bed @ 9:30 i mean clsoed my eyes and flat out fell asleep and this morning i could NOT NOT NOT stay awake for the life of me...i have a bit more energy when i go bed @ 10 or 11..just wondering..does this happen to anyone else???
