Amy Who??? Aziz Ansari, the Breakout Star of "Parks & Recreation"

Aziz Ansari, a rising comedian who co-stars on NBC's "Parks and Recreation," is making a major move into features, entering negotiations to star in Media Rights Capital's "30 Minutes or Less."

The action comedy, being produced by Red Hour's Ben Stiller and Stuart Cornfeld, became a hot project when director Ruben Fleischer came on board, making it his first movie since "Zombieland" turned him into one of the town's most-wanted men.

Written by Michael Diliberti and Matthew Sullivan, the Black List script revolves around a junior high history teacher (Ansari) and a pizza-delivery man who are forced to rob a bank when one of them is strapped to a bomb vest.

Danny McBride is rumored to be in negotiations to join the movie, playing one of the men looking to score some cash.

Jeremy Kramer also is producing the pic, which is eyeing a summer shoot.

Ansari, repped by UTA and 3 Arts, slowly has been building a career in TV and features, with scene-stealing roles in "Scrubs" and "Observe and Report" paving the way for a co-starring role alongside Amy Poehler in "Parks."

The actor, who will do a stand-up tour during the summer, has several comedies set up with director Jason Woliner at Universal with Judd Apatow producing.

Ansari, who next appears in the feature "Get Him to the Greek," also is said to be hosting the MTV Movie Awards, though MTV has not made an official announcement.
