It was a trivia game show.It had guests,like if it was a superman question,the guests were Noel Neill and jack Larson Noel's favorite was The Wedding of Superman and Jack's favorite was Semi Private eye, one time they had Yogi bear asking questions, Asking what the name of the Ranger was,and the contestant said,Mr.Ranger,and the audience started laughing.

I'm going to take a stab at it and say that it was the short-lived TV trivia game show "Couch Potatoes." The syndicated game show aired around the mid 80s and was hosted by Marc Summers and featured Joe Alaskey as the announcer in a character of "The Neighbor". Low ratings axed Alaskey and he was replaced by former Celebrity Sweepstakes host, Jim McKrell.
