Adam and Elena Emery in Rhode Island. Elena's remains were eventually found but Adam's have not, thus he is still officially missing.

Part of the mystery is who hit their car in the first place. Someone may still be out there thanking their lucky stars after that poor innocent kid got killed for their bad.

This UM case always leaves me heated, and I seriously despise Adam Emery.
1) He killed the individual who wasn't the culprit in having sideswiped his car, and 2) He committed the act, but then avoided prison. In a fit of anger and vengeance, it probably hadn't crossed his mind that most likely he'd have to serve time, and felt justified afterwards. |
