A strange spell seals the Stephens'in the hours-they cannot get in or out-who was it who cast the spell?It wasn't Endora,Maurice,Serena,or Uncle Arthur.Who did?

They end up calling Dr. Bombay, to solve the problem. Samantha was about to call Uncle Arthur, but decided she better not, because he would be stuck there with the others, including Darrin, Endora, Esmerelda, and Tabitha. Anyway, Bombay comes up with some conclusion that was not a result of a spell. Then he has Sam turn him into a photograph, and is slipped under the door, to un-do the problem.

It was a Vapor Lock that caused them to be sealed in.
It was caused by Samantha's lack of use of her powers.
