Default F Troop

After watching BOTH Seasons of this show, there was some things dangling on a thread about this show. Did Parmenter marry Jane Thrift? Did the Hekawi Tribe ever succeed? Did Fort Courage ever succeed?

Well...

Captain Wilton Parmenter-He finally married "Wrangler" Jane and they had 5 children (3 survived childhood), He also became Major Parameter as long as he stayed at Fort Courage. Paramenter's eldest son, Wilton Parmenter Jr. fought in the Spanish-American War and like his father...sneezed and the Americans won the war. And also like his father...some blood got shed while he got a medal and so he would run Fort Courage when his father died in 1900.

Sergeant Morgan Sylvester O'Rourke-He would run his O'Rourke Enterprises until his death in 1873. He didn't leave much, but he let Agarn take over the buisnesses, but he would lose them during the Indian Wars in 1875.

Corporal Randolph Agarn-He won the O'Rourke Enterprises in 1873 once O'Rourke died, but he lost it when the Hekawi Tribe would revolt over bad whiskey in 1875. He never recovered from the loss, but he tried to sell O'Rourke Whiskey at the American's Centennial in Philadelphia. Result...no sales and Agarn would move to Bermuda with his cousin.

Private First Class Hannibal Shirley Dobbs-He got discharged when O'Rourke passed away because he played "Taps" TOO well. But Dobbs would form the Fort Courage Symphony Orchestra...which had 10 musicians.

Private Vanderbilt-He got discharged when the U.S. Army found out that he couldn't see...nor hear. But he would later work with Jane at the General Store.

Trooper Duffy-He died in 1870 from Natural Causes. He got buried at Fort Courage and on his gravepost it says that he died 25 years ago.

"Wrangler" Jane Angelica Thrift -She finally married Parmenter and they had 5 children, 3 survived childhood. She still runs the General Store and meets-up with her husband. She outlived Paramenter by three years.

Charlie-He has been the city drunk until 1877 when he found out that he had something wrong with him...and he died.

Chief Wild Eagle-He kept charge of the Hekawi Tribe until 1872, when death took him and Crazy Cat took over the Hekawi Tribe. The relationship between the Hekawis and Fort Courage went sour when Agarn told the Hekawis that their whiskey they made was bad. So Crazy Cat and the Hekawi Tribe revolted and most of Fort Courage sent them all back.

Fort Courage-The town in Kansas would be small until 1878 once O'Rourke Whiskey had a second chance and the Union Pacific Railroad was complete. Most of the troops in Fort Courage would eventually get discharged and the last one was Parmenter and his son.
