Drool America's Unhealthiest Fast Food Items Revealed....Wendy's Takes the Lead!

Wendy’s Triple Baconator: In a class by itself really, with 1,330 calories, 38 grams of saturated fat, 345 milligrams of cholesterol, and a whopping 3150mg of sodium.

SuperSonic Cheeseburger: Sonic only needed two patties to squeeze in 980 calories and 24g of saturated fat.

BK Quad Stacker: Frankly, given the Wendy’s number, it’s surprising this is only 930 calories.

Domino’s Bread Bowl Pasta: Hey, our first non-burger! 670 calories and 22g of saturated fat.

In & Out Burger’s Double Double with Onion: It’s gotta be that onion that boosts this to 670 calories, right?

Arby’s Large Beef n’ Cheddar: At 650 calories, you might want to opt for something "small."

Popeye’s Breast-Leg-Biscuit: With 640 calories, this is sure to beef up your own breasts and legs.

A Quad Stacker?? Holy Crap!! When I worked for BK in the late 80's, I thought a Double Whopper was bad enough!!

I LOVE their Beef n'Cheddar, but I haven't had one in a really long time. That's probably a good thing!!

I used to be able to put away a 3-piece, with 1 or 2 sides, and not just 1 but 2 biscuits(their biscuits are SOOOOOOO good!!), and then I got a calorie book, that also had alot of the calories of fast food in it. I was shocked to learn I was putting away over 2,000 calories!!! I don't eat Popeye's so much anymore. That doesn't mean that I don't miss it, and their awesome biscuits!!

The foods mentioned here i havent had in a while so I guess I am ok.

One thing they didnt mention are the large shakes at McDonalds. Those things have over 1,000 calories. Thats more than their burgers, yikes

Yeah but McDonald's' shakes are so f&cking good, though. I don't count calories, I just try to eat in moderation, like french fries once a day .

Well, with any fast food place, you have to look at the calories of each item. If you order wisely you can eat from any of their menus. But anything "double" pretty much means mucho calories, as a rule of thumb.

I *might* have had this. I have eaten their combo meals consisting of a drink, side item, and two pieces of chicken. Alas, the Popeye's down by me recently closed.

As to the other items on the list, I have never eaten them before. I'm surprised In-N-Out was on the list since it only exists in four states (California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah), whereas the others are coast-to-coast.

I used to like having their fries and Frosties ( shake/soft serve).

Jeez... I'm MORE than satisfied with just fries and a plain cheeseburger or two from the places I order from!
