I watched TBBT online a second where Sheldon and his friends were at his banquet at the part where Sheldon was still getting cold feet, and at around 16:48 Raj had said "Don't worry your surrounded by your seaman." But it's not what he said that surprised me. It was the fact that he had talked in front of penny when it's the fact that he can't talk to women at all, or around them. It kind of surprised me. you ought to check it out.

I believe there was alcohol at the banquet, so perhaps Raj had some.
