Do u take any sleep meds b4 u go to sleep? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Lately I had to have Lunesta or Ambien to to sleep,plus a muscle relaxer, it does the trick for me also I HAVE A BLADDER problem which I go to the bathroom about 3 or 4 times a night, sometimes I do take a ambein when I take a nap sometimes but,then I run out be fore the date is up. I then have to wait untill that day,which I don't mind I dohave some lunesta left, I have been doin this for yrs, sometimes I am afraid that I am hook on them or not,I am trying to ease away from them do u take any sleep meds before u go to sleep?

ido i got equate pm plus i need these to sleep or im up or entire night and day

I usually go into work between 2 and 3 in the afternoon so I tend to stay up late. I have taken a sleep aid if I have the odd early shift, but it just over the counter stuff not a prescription.

Once or twice I year I have to get up SUPER EARLY (3:30 am) for a work event. Outside of that I usually don't have to be in the office until 9:30 or 10am. Because I'd never be able to fall aslepp at 6 or 7pm w/o help I usually take a night time med that has an antihistamene in it to make me groggy.

Yes, I take a sleeping pill every night to go to sleep.

Sometimes I'll take a Tylonel PM if my body's hurting, usually my legs. I guess I'm lucky in saying that I absolutely have no problem falling asleep at night. Of course, I do stay up late.....

I have had sleep problems for years. I usually have to take something, but I wish that wasn't the case.

I take a pill for my bladder-no, I'm not embaressed about that; it happens to people with my condition.

I've struggled with insomnia for as long as I can remember, so sometimes I take a Tylenol PM.
