Well, this is not a choice on your list- but I'd say that the best thing about her is that she has really matured over the years and always had a good heart, in spite of her quirks.

I'll have to say that what i liked most about BLAIR was definitely her personality: she was loyal to her friends, had a hidden golden heart, was sensitive, so it didn't matter if she was vain and rude at times (we all have flows hee hee!)
