Unsuspecting employees should continue to be on the lookout for new employees being followed by a camera crew.

Just a few weeks since its premiere after the broadcast of the Super Bowl, CBS has renewed the reality series "Undercover Boss" for a second season, reports the Los Angeles Times.

The show has been drawing over 18 million total viewers for each showing.

I like this show. It's similar to Secret Millionaire & it's already lasted longer than that short-lived show.

...it got "decent" ratings right after Super Bowl XLIV [now the most-watched TV program in modern history], and it's been doing quite well on Sundays after "THE AMAZING RACE". And it has a "hook" {bosses are only human}. From what I've seen, IF the network doesn't "overdose" viewers with more than one episode a week, "UNDERCOVER BOSS" should last at least three to five more seasons...
