I would have thought that, once the new "Parenthood" series had started, there would be more people wanting to express how they felt about Helen Hunt not getting the part. I guess that I thought wrong! In any event, less than twenty-four hours ago, the second episode was on. I thought that it was pretty decent. The part that I thought was especially interesting was that of the mother and daughter who were Buddists. Another thing that I have not been able to get any feedback about is the fact that this is Helen's second rejection that I know of. The first was when she was beaten out by Kari Michaelson for the part of Katie Kinisky from "Gimme a Break!" in the early eighties. I have done a lot of speculation on how she would have done in that role. There is one thing about which I would really like to find an audiance for my sense of humor! The thing that I find humorous is that I find it hard to picture Helen Hunt ever playing the part of a chick who would ever put her hands, her bosoms and her crotch where they did not belong! Shame on you Katie!
