In the color episode " A Rose a Day", what causes friction between Clara and Joe Randolph?

If I recall the ep correctly there seem to be 2 reasons she's miffed: one-Harriet keeps getting all these roses and she asks Joe "why don't you ever send me flowers? Two, a misunderstanding develops where she thinks Joe has sent Harriet a rose(s). Of course, Ozzie is really curious JUST WHO IS SENDING HARRIET ALL THESE ROSES? He pumps the deliv. boy (actually a man) who ALWAYS has his hand out for tips - for info. At the end it turns out to be the least likely person of all (think cheepskate and not Joe). A really fun ep & I'm glad I have a complete version of it - commercials and all (cost me $9 for the ep but was worth it as a splurge)

Clara also gets miffed at Joe because Ozzie thinks the roses must have been meant for June and then he thought they were meant for Kris. Ozzie and Joe were ordering more flowers at Joe's house and Clara walked in hearing Joe saying that he'd just call and order some flowers for Kris. And Claras like what are you doing ordering flowers for everybody in town! When am I gonna get mine. To which Joe replies ' You'll get your's alright!' lol
