I believe that was the Jessica keen case. She had escaped from her abductors and ran away to a cemetary. She had already been missing for two days when police found her body at the cemetary and I remember They accused her boyfriend of being a prime suspect but DNA proved that wrong.

I don't know if there was every an update on this case.

The case has been solved. A man named Marvin Lee Smith was linked to the murder through DNA. Last year, he pled guilty to Jessica's murder and was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.

I was hoping this case got solved. Glad they caught the person who did this.

I'm really surprised he wasn't given the death sentence! He kidnapped her, raped her and beat her!!! Is there any crime more deserving of death, especially in a state such as Ohio.

Anyone know?
