I'm back but won't play everyday, as to let others join the fun, it seem to have worked last week...

I would say.....Rick singing "Chestnuts Roasting On A Open Fire" (The Christmas Song" as the family looks on which was tagged on to a replay of a christmas episode when the kids were much younger....

my question is always what was cut out of that episode from when it first aired, as the only copies that survived are the rebroadcast version. I don't know the answer, does anyone else?

Besides the Christmas episode the only time I have seen Kris and June in the same episode was once and in the same scene only once in that episode. They didn't even have any direct dialouge.

The episode is about Dave workign to hard and everyone telling him he needs to take a little vacation. So he and June go up to the lake for a week leaving Rick in charge of the office. Miss Edwards is away as well so Kris steps in as secratary.

While away Dave is unable to relax as he just can't stop worrying about the office.
He remembers some papers that were suppose to be done for client coming the next morning. It's late and he's sure Rick has forgotten about them. So Dave and June go to the office to finish them up without Rick knowing Dave is checking up on him. Meanwhile, while sleeping Rick suddenly remembers about Mr. Mitchell and that the papers need to be finished. He and Kris head to the office to finish them up.

June down at the vending machines spots Rick and Kris coming in. She hurries up to tell Dave. They hide in the closet. Rick and Kris come in and Rick starts finishing them up..a couple near mixes occur. Ozzie and Harriet show up after Harriet had a feeling something wasn't right at the office and they should check it out.

Then there is one scene at the end with all the Nelsons in Dave's office eating snacks and sandwihes from the vending machine and laughing over the situation.

There's a funny little line where Rick is having trouble remembering the safe combination when Dave whispers to June how he can he forget I used your measurments.

Dave and June end up spending the night in Dave's office. He's fallen asleep on his office couch. June says it's the most relaxed he's been the last few days and if you can't beat 'em join 'em. as she joins Dave on the couch. Ozzie and Harriet go up to the cabin/lake. Faking sleep Dave then pops up and tells them if they can't find the phone it's in the suitcase. (that's where June hid it when Dave wouldn't stop calling the office.)

I wish there were more episodes that featured June and Kris together.

That was the answer I was looking for. I also wish I knew what scene(s) were cut out of the original airing of Busy Christmas.
