U dont need any special software to shrink pics, U can just use paint......

I downloaded a program, can't remember what site. I can save pictures to it and it will flash on the screensaver. I don't even think you want to know how many pics are on my screensaver. My dad thinks I have like 100, but he is off, way off. lol

My advice is just search through screensavers that allows you to save pictures. Try google and yahoo to start off with. Hope this helps just a bit.
