hey who was the guy with the funny laugh on night court he is funny watching my favorite episode leon we hardly knew ya one where mel torme first comes on dan melts harrys records but does anyone know who this one guy is

I believe that's Reinhold Weege, one of the creators of the show who could be heard laughing very loudly in a lot of the scenes. If you watch the end credits, they even include a sound bite of it as the "Starry Nite" logo is seen. His laugh makes the episodes very enjoyable to me.

i always thought at the end it was Harry Anderson laughing i been wondering who he was laughing during the show i got first 3 seasons can not wait to see number 4

I can't wait for season 4- I remember that was a great season. Really loved the 2-parter "Dan's Operation"
