It's been kinda slow around here lately, so... here's another little fun game for us Mary fans! *wink* I've always enjoyed this game on other boards and thought it would be nice to add it here.

The idea isn't hard...Someone mentions a scene or piece from an episode and someone replies with what they believe is the answer. If you are correct, then you get to ask the next question. And I thought that the person who asks the question, could say whether the answer is correct or not, and so that we don't have one-word reply threads, you could comment about the answer. How does that sound?

Does this make sense to everyone? If not, I can explain it better.

In what episode does Mary come home from work with grocery bags, Phyllis follows her into the apartment. She asks Mary if she got the things she needed, Mary pulls a couple things from the bags and then slides the brown bags toward Phyllis.

Hi,
Its the season 2 opener "The Birds And... Um...Bees".
I love it in that episode when Phyllis and Rhoda are bickering,Mary just gives them such a loving look.
The joke of Mary coming in with a big load of shopping and giving it to Phyllis minus a carton of juice,is reused in "Rhoda" season2 episode,"Friends and Mothers"(the one with Vivian Vance)
Brenda arrives at Rhoda's apartment,with a shopping trolley,she unloads it all,twinkies,pizzas etc then Rhoda just picks up two grapefruits.

Wow, I don't remember that in Rhoda, thanks for bringing it up. I haven't seen the show in so long. I wish they hadn't of cut a lot of things from the Series when putting them on DVD. *grr* lol

And yes, The Birds... And Um... Bees is the correct answer.

BTW, I have noticed that Mary hardly EVER wears that one outfit she does in that episode. The bright pink turtle-neck shirt and tan plaided skirt.
