The doll Tina wants that causes the wall unit to fall is a Kitty-Karry-All doll. During this scene you can see wires pulling the wall unit over. The occasional mirror that the boys have in their bedroom makes an appearance when Peter looks at himself. During this scene, on the bedside table, you will see a Star Trek prop. There is a strange orange ornament that has 4 posts with squares going up and down it. This was originally used in Star Trek, often seen in scenes set in the mess/relaxation quarters. The delivery man is Jon Conley who went on to star in The Waltons. The Driscolls toy store boxes appear later in the show when the garage got some shelves put up. Alice mentions she has an Uncle Charlie. When Peter announces his party he goes to the girls bedroom first and the boys bedroom second. However, when he goes to the boys bedroom instead of appearing from the right side of the door, as though he had just come from the girls room he appears at the left side of the door as though he has just come from the stairs. Peters friend Steve appears to be calling from the Brady master bedroom judgeing by the brick wall behind him (possibly in the section bedhind the room divider bedroom the master bed). Peters friend Jenny has the room divider as her back drop during her phone call. At the end of the episode there is a unique shot taken from a position at the top of the stairs looking at the dinning room table. You get to see the seldom seen unit that probably houses Carols good china .Considering Peter arranged the party himself he did a real good job what with balloon animals and streamers etc. Visable in this episode and a lot of episodes with scenes in the den is a miniature version of the horse seen on the chest in the Brady living room. In the den it sits under the table with the lamp next to Mikes sofa. |

More great observations, Bachu! Some of them I noticed, but many I did not. I didn't know about the Star Trek prop; that would have been about the same time period.
Here are some additional things I noticed: After the shelf fell, in the first two shots of Peter his jacket is clean. Then on the closeup it is dirty and torn. How did it get torn when he didn't come into contact with anything? When the girls first come into Peter's room to talk to him, watch Eve. Her lips move slightly, mouthing Maureen's and Susan's lines. Yes, the scenes with Steve and Jenny on the phone are obviously shot in the master bedroom set. They're even sitting in the same chair! At least the color of the phones is different. Watch Peter's friend Jason. When he covers the phone and whistles, it is not him whistling. His lips move differently. In the scene where Peter overhears Greg and Marcia complaining to Mike and Carol in the family room, he enters and Chris gives one of his best performances in the series. He delivers his lines realistically and he seems like he is really hurt. It looks like he is about to cry. Well, I'm off for a Strawsplitfudgeshort!

Thanks for posting MX! I'll have to look your observations over. I didn't notice the chair being the same in the same shot though I did look to see whether they used the same one from Mikes den.
