You know you're a cultural phenom when "Sesame Street" turns you into a Muppet character, and the latest person to get this honor will be one of the winners of "American Idol."

It's Carrie Underwood, who will become Carrie Underworm, reports USA Today.

She recorded a song for the children's show and will appear on February 11, as a bright orange annelid with long blond hair.
