He probably decided acting wasn't for him. I loved him on SBS. Had the biggest crush on him back then

Several of the other kids seem to be keeping low profiles these days, as well. Josh Byrne (Brendan) doesn't have any acting credits post-SBS, and neither does Chris Castile (Mark). Angela Watson (Karen) seems to be focusing more on a music career (which I read on a couple of websites). The only ones who still seem to be in front of the cameras are Christine Lakin (Al) and Staci Keanan (Dana).

I didn't know that had happened to him. It certainly would explain why he has been absent from television and movies over the years.

I also remember that the imdb reported him dead about 10 years ago.

I think he just wanted to do something else. He had been acting for a long time, he was in movies and was in the first season of Baywatch before Sbs.

Before Baywatch, he also had a stint on the now-defunct soap opera Santa Barbara.
