I just got the same thing on a test post just now. I'm going to dive in and see if perhaps the wrong button was ticked in a setting somewhere.

Those are standard redirect pages. They have been turned off in the past, but I turned them back on when the boards were loading more slowly. I think they help prevent double posts and assure people that their posts, searches, etc. go through successfully.
