I am sorry if this is bad news, but I wanted to post this anyway.
http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/ent...uy%20(TV%20Guy) NBC’s ‘Today’ marks 14-year ratings milestone ABC, CBS, Good Morning America, NBC, The Early Show — posted by halboedeker on December, 11 2009 7:26 AM Discuss This: Comments(0) | Add to del.icio.us | Digg it As Diane Sawyer leaves ABC's "Good Morning America" today, the folks at NBC's "Today" are celebrating. "Today" has been the No. 1 morning news program for 14 years in a row. The NBC program has won every weekly ratings race since Dec. 11, 1995. In a release, NBC News crowed — with good reason: "No other morning news program has come close to a winning streak like 'Today's.' Moreover, the win marks the longest current winning streak in all of broadcast television, by any show, in any day part." For the week of Nov. 30, "Today" averaged 5.7 million viewers to "Good Morning America's" 4.2 million and "The Early Show's" 2.7 million. NBC said it was the widest margin of victory for "Today" since Meredith Vieira joined the show Sept. 11, 2006. (In Central Florida, "GMA" has been the more popular show than "Today.") Will the addition of George Stephanopoulos to "Good Morning America" help ABC catch up? He replaces Sawyer next week. |

1. Will Good Morning America ever retake the number spot 1 again?
2. will The Early Show ever rise from it third place? |
