Oh No

Oh my gosh! Is the Gospel Music Channel "selling out" and becoming like Nick at Nite and the other Viacom properties?

Gospel has nothing to do with Viacom. This is a good change instead of gospel music and religious programming 24/7. Cosby is not overplayed at all like The Cosby Show,

Of course, had channels like Nick at Nite, TV Land, USA, FX etc. stuck to their original formats, then quality reruns wouldn't be available and it's likely this channel would have stayed the same.

As-is, now that USA, FX, et al are in the content production business, then reruns that once would have aired there shift down to a new tier of cable channels.

I didn't say Gospel Music Channel was owned by Viacom, Pav. I was just worried that Gospel Music Channel was changing and starting to go down the same path as Nick at Nite (and other properties owned by Viacom) by airing the same sitcoms, or copying their programming, jumping on the sitcom bandwagon, if you will.

Cosby is not on anywhere else but Gospel Music. It is Cosby, not Cosby Show.

Then I'm just saying it makes no sense to compare GMC to Viacom when they are airing shows not airing elsewhere. Cosby is not on anywhere else. And Dr. Quinn, Promised Land, etc are not elsewhere either. Only Sister, Sister is really airing elsewhere. Amen is not overplayed either.
