The Nanny needs to go because it just does not fit with all the other shows that are currently on the schedule. I would even take Roseanne over the Nanny because to me the Nanny just seems like a show about Nanny Fine's romamce with her Boss.
GET THIS SHOW OFF N@N!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-lol |

I love The Nanny, it's my favorite show on Nick at Nite. I would get rid if Glenn Martin DDS, another stupid animated show we don't need. I would also get rid of Malcolm in the Middle and Everybody Hates Chris and replace them with Boy Meets World and Coach.

I'd keep off anything that aired during the last 10 years and bring back classic sitcoms. Same with TV Land.

Solomon, I thought you liked The Nanny? lol. It's a good show, and imo, a perfect fit with NAN. If I had to choose one show, I'd probably have to go with The Cosby Show, only because it's so out of place on the schedule. Although, I'm not a huge fan of Everybody Hates Chris, so I wouldn't mind seeing that go.
A show like Boy Meets World would be a nice fit. If NAN wanted to keep going more modern (ala George Lopez/Chris), a show that I always thought would fit nicely is Old Christine. But, with Lifetime securing the rights, I don't see that happening any time soon. |

Sorry Solomon, The Nanny is a PERFECT fit for N@N. I would get rid of Everybody Hates Chris and Malcolm in the Middle, IMO those are bad fits for N@N and Glenn Martin(which is probably one of the stupidest shows in years)

Isn't The Nanny going to start airing on TV Land this year? If so, it will probably leave or be drastically reduced on NAN then.
I could care less if EHC left. |

Diff'rent Strokes and Sanford & Son are obviously getting shipped over to Centric, but I still see both on TV Land at some point during the day. CBS/Paramount has strange contracts with the distributors of a lot of these shows. How are they allowed to run the same show in reruns on more than one network?
I'm also none too happy about shows like Raymond and Home Improvement being on there when we already get enough ELR and HI over on TBS (NOT owned by CBS, but you get the point). I also am sick of Roseanne. I can recite that show without watching it. I am happy however that Night Court is gone from TV Land. They chopped that show down to the point where I couldn't understand some of the episodes. Thank goodness that the DVDs are restoring the missing scenes. I like The Nanny in small doses, only because I enjoy looking at Mr. Sheffield in his suits.
