Mr. Brinkman was played by Shelley Berman and is still very much alive
Lisa Seagram played Sara Baker and according to IMDb, She's still living.

Nancy Kovack, who played Darrin's vengeful ex Sheila (in the pilot and then in S4) and client Clio Vanita (also S4) is still living, last I heard. She now goes by her married name of Nancy Mehta.

Shelia was of my favorite characters! I used to love watching her get put in her place by Sam. I'd love those scenes where she would invite Darrin--and then grudgingly Sam--tell them to wear the wrong clothes, keep them separated and make catty remarks
