You must not've had cookies enabled on the last board or something, because I never had to retype my username on the last board either. Well, I did the first time I visited that day, but then I never had to again until I turned my computer off again....

folfan01, about the pics on the side, they're called "avatars", and you can add one to your name by clicking on "user cp" above (right next to where it says register and all) and then click on "edit options" and at the very bottom of that list it says "avatars". You can click on "change avatar", and then you can upload an image you want to use. But the image has to be small....125 pixels x 125 pixels. Good luck!
