Cool Celebuzz - "Where Are They Now?: Salute Your Shorts"

What have the merry campers of Camp Anawanna been up to since captivating us with their hijinks on Nickelodeon?

Erik MacArthur - “Michael Stein”

Then:

Sweet-natured camper Michael Stein won everybody over in the show's first season, but went AWOL on Season Two, probably to move on to bigger and better things.

Now:

LOL, not really.

Now 33, Erik MacArthur's most recent role was in 2006's Bottoms Up, alongside Paris Hilton. He played "Drunk Guy on Couch."

Can't say that we blame him.

Heidi Lucas - “Dina Alexander”

Then:

Anawanna's resident vixen, Dina Alexander, wreaked havoc with the hearts of Donkey Lips and Budnik.

Now:

After a brief run as Noriko "Max" Matsuda in the 1996 series Hypernauts, Heidi Lucas reportedly graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

We imagine she now represents campers who've had inappropriate encounters with their counselors.

Michael Bower - “Eddie 'Donkeylips' Gelfen”

Then:

Oh, Donkey Lips. So tubby, So dopey, Yet so lovable. What's he up to these days?

Now:

Michael Bower remained in the film industry, tackling challenging roles such as a bubble wrapped nerd in Dude Where's My Car.

He also has created a number of MySpace shrines devoted to his glory days as Donkey Lips. We hope to see him soon on The Biggest Loser.

Danny Cooksey - “Bobby Budnick”

Then:

Even with the ginger mullet, Bobby Budnick was pretty badass and gave a killer wedgie.

Now:

Danny Cooksey went on to be the voice of Montana Max and Emperor Stanley in Meet the Robinsons, as well as spend a short time with the band Bad4Good.

He also spent time experimenting with facial hair styles.

Venus DeMilo - “Telly Radford”

Then:

Oh Telly. Honestly...what kind of a name is Telly?!

Actually, for some odd reason it seems fitting. Her only memorable attribute was that she was athletic.

If any of you recall other relevant facts about Telly, please enlighten us in comments.

Now:

Venus DeMilo took on minor guest-starring roles in 90s classics such as Family Matters and Sister Sister.

After that, she fell off the face of the Earth.

Tim Eyster - “Sponge Harris”

Then:

This is Sponge. He wore glasses, vibrant sweaters with odd patterns, and knew what a computer was.

On numerous occasions he had to have his as*hole stitched up due to suffering countless wedgies on a day to day basis.

Now:

Tim Eyster frosted his hair, ditched the glasses and got a few tattoos in an attempt to shake the "Sponge" rep.

He appeared on the show Babylon 5. That's about it.

Megan Berwick - “Z.Z. Ziff”

Then:

Who could forget Z.Z. Ziff, the tree hugging nature freak?

Now:

Megan Berwick appeared in 1993's The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheerleader-Murdering Mom.

She went on to marry Captain Planet and is now a stay-at-home mom.

Blake Soper - “Ronnie Pinsky”

Then:

Ronnie Pinsky was the camp smartass and a tad annoying. Good thing he was only around for the second season.

Now:

Blake Soper went on to appear in one of the most amazing shows in the history of Hollywood, Boy Meets World.

He is currently dating Winona Ryder and plays guitar for popular indie band Rilo Kiley. If the kids at camp could see him now...

Kirk Baily - “Kevin 'Ug' Lee”

Then:

Kevin 'Ug' Lee (clever) was the douchey counselor that everybody hated. He did not possess a single endearing characteristic, he was just downright annoying.

Now:

Kirk Baily is still popping up in small roles in too many TV shows and movies to name, though his finest work was probably in the third installment of the "3 Ninjas" franchise.

So do I, but it seems very unlikely.
