What? For what? A player who wasn't really on the team died? (He was on IR) Coach's wife died? Um.. hey Marv, how did you do in the game last week?

Norv had to go through more than he did as to players being injured and having new players almost each week.

Grant it, Payton or Childress is maybe a bit more deserving then Lewis.

The Bengals overachieved this season while dealing with tragedy.

P.S. Your "player who wasn't really on the team died" and "Coach's wife died" comments were classless, IMO.

Lewis deserves it. Nobody expected the Bengals to make the playoffs. Most thought they'd compete with the Browns for last place. Norv, Childress and Payton all had good teams. Nobody is really surprised that they made the playoffs.
