Eek Sharon Stone: Meryl Streep "Looks Like An Unmade Bed"

Sharon Stone, 51, has some choice words for Meryl Streep, 60, in the new issue of Tatler magazine, saying the "It's Complicated" star gets so much work at least in part because Streep looks "like an unmade bed" and is "because she looks like a woman we can all relate to."

Stone was most recently seen in "Basic Instinct 2" and "Bobby" in 2006 and talking about her "good friend" the Dalai Lama" in 2008.

"I think that's why Meryl Streep is working so much, because she looks like a woman we can all relate to," Stone tells Tatler.

"I look at her and I think, 'I'm chasing my kids, I've moved my parents in with me, I'm coping with food spills - that looks like me in real life'.

"Meryl looks like an unmade bed, and that's what I look like. To me, that looks true."

Stone, a Dior anti-aging spokeswoman, also denies doing anything to herself, then backtracks to admit she did something once.

"I have had zero, nothing done to myself: no lifting, no Botox, no injectables," she said.

"I did try something once and I saw myself in a movie and didn't like the way I looked. I thought I looked like I had a giant balloon head, and I felt it wasn't for me.

She may not have meant it as a bash, but it can be seen that way. MS is awesome period. She has a successful career because she's a great actress, and I can relate more to her than SS(and I'm 35)

An unmade bed? That seems harsh. Sharon sounds jealous. Meryl is a fine actress.

I agree - Sharon is most likely jealous that Meryl's film career has been on a major upswing the past couple of years while hers is stuck in the mud. Catty much, Sharon?

I hate when a person puts another person down in an effort to make themselves look better. It never works. Ugh!

No kidding. Meryl is about to get her 16th Oscar nomination and Sharon is as washed up as can be.

No plastic surgery?

Sharon, you I think you should call the fire department, because your pants are on fire.

A comment like that from someone whose primary claim to fame was a certain leg-crossing scene in Basic Instinct? Um, OK.

Stop with all the Sharon Stone hate. That's my girl. I've always wanted to **** her LOL. Yeah she did a few bad movies but so what. Sharon has always been better looking than Meryl and Sharon's movies are better than Meryl's. Plus Meryl is a ugly name LOL. Why would her parents name her that?

Sharon's movies are better than Meryl's? On what planet? Looks have nothing to do with it. Meryl Streep is one of the greatest actresses in the history of cinema, and she very much deserves the 15 Oscar nominations she has to her name. Sharon might have done a lot of movies, but not too many of them are all that notable. Meryl is without equal whereas Sharon is a decent actress, but not someone who will be remembered the same in decades to come.
