does anyone else suffer with a caffeine addiction?
on average I have either
1. 5 cups of coffee
2. 1 energy drink 3 cups of coffee
3. 2 energy drinks 1 cup of coffee
it's a problem
I rarely sleep...I am a manic crazy energetic person then crash at 9 PM and start getting REALLY crazy upset/crying...anyone suffer with the same problem?

If you eat chocolate or drink tea then don't forget to include those.

I'm not addicted but do get a headache if I don't have at least a cup of coffee or diet coke.

Cut back on the coffee... Just have two a day...

As for me I only drink one cup of coffee per day. If I try to drink more I get nauseous. I have a son who drank at least 5 cups of coffee a day and he was a nervous wreck. His blood pressure sky rocketed and he now takes pills to control it. Varous people were telling him to stop taking in so much caffene. He finally listened. His doctor and his blood pressure scared him into drinking just one cup of coffee.

I'm a two cup a day person myself. I don't think all that coffee can be good for you; still, I think the major concern is the lack of sleep. The caffeine is interrupting your sleep.

Caffine is good for improving memory, but not too much though. I seldom drink soda these days, so coffee and tea are my ways of getting my fix.

Thankfully no. Caffeine doesn't affect me. I can go without and not get a headache. I can also drink coffee at night and still get to sleep.

I'm a college student....I think that answers the question.

Coffee in college is almost on the materials needed list.

I guess I must be addicted, cause when I don't have a cup in the morning I'm a zombie. But I only drink 1 or 2 cups a day ususally - maybe once a mo. more than that. So my "addiction" isn't too bad, I suppose.
