I agree they need a new QB. Maybe he can bring in Elway, we know he can be succesful with him as his QB.

I think Shannahan is a good coach but the problem he will have with the Redskins is the owner Daniel Snyder.

Good point Chris! Ultimately it's the players on the field who win or lose the game not the Coach.

Jimmy's hands were tied. That was Dan Marino's team and Jimmy couldn't do anything with Dan there. If Dan wasn't there Jimmy could have rebuilt that team anyway he liked.
