Default Pamela Page's husband died

I just found out that Pamela Page's husband, Robert Page, recently died of cancer.

http://www.peoriatimes.com/articles/...ews/news01.txt

The article at the link above briefly mentions the fact that Pamela's disappearance was featured on UM. The segment originally aired during the 1993-94 season. Pamela, who ran a video store in Arizona, was last seen by one of her employees on the evening of July 21, 1989. Although police were suspicious of Robert Page, there was too little evidence (if any) to tie him to Pam's disappearance.

Pamela's family is obviously not happy to know that Robert has died. They are understandably concerned that his death might rule out the possibility of ever learning what happened to Pam.

I suggest merging these.

That's ashame, because it means we'll never know what happened to Pamela. I don't know if Rob Page was nominated in the "Guiltiest people in the history of UM" thread, but he certainly should have been. Page, Marfeo, Caylor, Pollis, McClure, Christi Nichols' husband... these are the "pantheon of the guilty" in UM's history.

I don't know about Tim McLure. He would have stood out so badly because of his unusual height of like 6'6".

On the plus side if he is guilty, his death at least prevents him from killing anyone else (assuming he hasn't already). Some people might not look at it as a victory, but you takes 'em where you can in cases like this.

Who knows..perhaps his death was excaserbated by the investigation. The stress, the constant suspicion from other people.

Its one of those things we may never know. If he had nothing to do with her dissaperance, it would be very sad and tragic if he died due to poor health from stress of being constantly accused. Especially if his wife is still out there and alive somewhere, for all we know may be having a good laugh about it.

Unlikely though. She is probably dead, and he probably had something to do with it. Just caught in to many lies and suspicous behaviour around the time of the murder. If she is alive, she is one of the most heartless shrews ever to allow her family and him to suffer so long.

Thats just assuming that Rob had something to do with her dissapearance, for all we know someone still out there may have killed her and the remains may still be found. Or she may even be alive and he was right.

Highly unlikely though. Most signs point to him having something to do with it.

It was tough to get a sense about Rob during the segment, since he was not interviewed. I can't even remember if they showed an actual picture of him, just had an actor playing him
