I'm looking for the 'uncut' episode 'Too Many Girls' of the Monkees. I don't think it is in syndication anywhere and may have played the 'on demand' channels sometime in the last few years.

I'm also looking for a TV episode of Shaft titled 'Cop Killer'.

Finally I'm looking for any episodes of MASH or All in the Family (Archie Bunkers Place) with original commercials.

Also would be interested if someone has a DVD of original network promos (ABC/CBS/NBC) from the 1970s.
