I can't believe they are going to bring back Bewitched, it's crazy. It's still going to be on WGN America also, right?

I gotta say, this is one of the most solid schedules we have seen out of TV Land in years. There really isn't one bad part of the entire schedule. Primetime is fantastic, and the regular schedule just makes everything better. Boston Legal at 11pm is just about as logical as you can get, HI/MWC 9-11pm is great, and MWC/Roseanne 12-3am is also great. Mornings and daytime is good, and it seems like every show gets an even amount of airtime. TV Land is already on a roll this year - fantastic to see that.
Bewitched is going to seem out of place in March, IMO. All the shows they have now are very consistent with each other, but Bewitched seems like the odd man out. It'll be interesting where it goes (my guess is sometime in daytime). |

My guess is All in the Family/Sanford and Son will just go to afternoons or Hogan's Heroes will be cut back or removed to fit Bewitched in. I have a hard time seeing anything besides Andy Griffith and westerns airing past 1pm until PRIME. Interesting that on weekends besides Three's Company on Saturdays at 2am, Andy Griffith/MASH between 5pm - 11pm on Sundays and The Brady Bunch/Little House on Sunday late nights---the schedule is completely composed on PRIME programming. |

I desperately want Boston Legal to fail. I've waited so long for them to add a new drama, and THAT is what they go with? I can't imagine who's gonna be craving primetime reruns of that mess.

Bewitched, although I love it, is going to be totally out of place...will be interesting to see where they slot it in. I wouldn't drop Hogan's, because it probably fits best with Bewitched. They could do this (and keep AITF/SAS in the evening):
9-10am Beaver 10-11am Hillbillies 11-12am Bewitched 12-1pm Hogan's Heroes Funny that Sanford and Son is kept in the evening when it is supposedly the oldest skewing show they have. |

I also wonder if they'll also give Bewitched some weekend exposure. With most of the weekends being PRIME now, I wonder if Bewitched may replace Brady Bunch/Little House on late Sunday nights? I know that would be weird in that it would remove those shows from the schedule, but hey- that's TV Land for you sometimes.
I don't see Boston Legal working either. It doesn't really fit with the PRIME line-up of MWC, HI, and Roseanne. I especially don't see that Sunday afternoon block working out-I really think Bonanza and more hours of Andy will be back! I'm real surprised this week that they are doing the HI launch from 8pm - 11pm instead of 9pm - 12am with Andy as a lead-in at 8pm instead of S&S at 7pm. I kind of see AITF and S&S making their way back to mornings exclusively at some point as I think the PRIME shows will begin to bleed into at least the 7pm/8pm hours. |

Coffee, Tea & Larroquette!

Why does 20th Television Syndication even bother with Boston Legal? It's only shown in the late night or 10am Sunday afternoon and the syndication of it only seems to last for a month or two on any channel they give it to. I'm glad I never supported the show to begin with, it seems full of FAIL. This will be buried by MWC and Roseanne reruns in a month or so.
Good lord, TV Land, if you're going to show another show with John Larroquette, have it be The John Larroquette Show, not this failure trash. |

I could see Bewitched airing some on the weekends, like the late nights - they're pretty much done with LHOTP and The Brady Bunch apparently, so that seems like a possibility. I don't know if they'd air it outside of like 2am-6am, though.
Could it be possible this would be a time-restricted deal with WGN America? |
