They're being allowed to finish the day out, but according to NFL Network the ENTIRE REDSKINS COACHING STAFF has been fired, effective tomorrow.

I expected Zorn to be gone but wow... That's going to be a long rebuilding time for this time...

Yeah but I think also the Colts lose to Buffalo, Saints lose two in a row... Pats lost...

Regarding the Colts: It was an absolute snow bowl, and Indy elected to rest their starters for much of the game. Two of New Orleans' three losses were to Dallas (NFC East champions) and Carolina (who are 4-1 since their QB change). Patriots lost to the *Texans*, who if Cincinnati wins tonight make the playoffs. Not all losses are created equal in terms of meaning in the grand scheme of things.

Also: Daniel Snyder is a piece of ****, and hopefully any coach with an ounce of sanity either runs away screaming after seeing this, or otherwise gets an iron-clad non-interference clause plus massive buyout.

Agreed, but I think Mike Shanahan has already agreed to coach the Redskins.

I see nothing wrong with the entire coaching staff being fired when the team gave the Lions their 1st win.

Think of it this way Sol, how would you like to be fired in the middle of your shift, but you still have to finish out the day. What they did to Jim Zorn and his staff was low class.
